October 2007 - Locally-smoothed median absolute difference presentation at the 7th Annual Diabetes Technology Meeting, San Francisco, CA.

September 2007 - Establishment of the UC Davis -Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Center for Point-of-Care Technologies. One of four National Institute of Biomedical Imaging & Bioengineering funded centers. Other centers include University of Cincinnati, Johns Hopkins University, and the Center for POC Diagnostics for Global Health, PATH.
